Yes, our partners from Shop3D make sure each model comes in one piece in the parcel, except for the ones that have replaceable pieces that need to be attached to the main pre-assembled piece and a few complex models.
Shipping takes place from the United Kingdom, from the Shop3D workshop.
In general, the team does their best to produce the products without defects or other issues, but there is always a small chance to get some pieces defected or damaged. Therefore, if you noticed anything odd, please contact us and provide some pictures of the problem. Our team will quickly investigate the case and ship the replacement within a few days at our expense.
Yes, since shipping takes place from the UK, the EU citizens won’t be charged any customs fees.
